The role requires at least two years of professional experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Must declare and commit to a primary anchor skill (Graphic Design or Video Production).
• At least 2 years of professional multimedia experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with Canva or Figma is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, and video editing.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
• Basic motion graphics knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos and ads for social media (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Create motion graphics and 2D animations using After Effects.
• Handle audio post-production, color grading, and sound design.
• Design marketing assets: carousels, templates, pitch decks.
• Concept and storyboard development aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and account managers.
• Organize assets and ensure export specs for web, social, and print.
