Kyndryl Inc. is hiring a Mainframe Storage Administrator SME to tackle complex storage challenges for large clients. You will manage system data, provide daily solutions, and ensure security compliance across a variety of platforms.

You will work with a diverse team, prioritize tickets, and contribute to modernization initiatives while growing your expertise in mainframe storage and related technologies.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in mainframe storage administration.
• Experience with EMC DASD and tape storage solutions for mainframes.
• Working knowledge of Z/OS, MVS fundamentals, storage fundamentals and devices.
• Knowledge of TSO, ISPF, JCL, VSAM, ISMF, JES2, Datasets, REXX, SDSF and Spool.

Responsibilities

• Adopt technology to meet customer requirements and drift.
• Perform DASD and tape data migration and storage replication.
• Analyze options and collaborate with external systems.
• Prepare root cause analysis and ensure SLA compliance.
