Directio is seeking an L2 Active Directory specialist to support, implement, monitor, and administer ISS infrastructure, ensuring stability and security across environments.

The role requires 3+ years of enterprise IT experience, Windows Server administration, and cloud platform knowledge (Azure/AWS). The position is hybrid with 3 onsite days in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days remote, located in Manila area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in system administration and troubleshooting in enterprise IT environments.
• Hybrid work setup: 3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms for cloud-based infrastructure support.
• Windows Server administration for enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Cortex XDR and Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection.
• Experience with patch management tools like BigFix and WSUS.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes for incident, change, and service management.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as CA Unicenter Autosys.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like CA Unicenter NSM or BMC Truesight.
• Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server or Oracle; basic admin and support.
• Backup and storage technologies knowledge for data protection and recovery.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Support, implement, monitor, and administer ISS infrastructure per directives.
• Ensure governance, operational standards, and documentation are maintained.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors/partners for timely resolutions.
• Support asset management and end-user devices; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate in projects, providing technical expertise and liaison across teams.
• Report on administration activities, issues, and project progress to leadership.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and support materials.
• Follow training plans and continuously enhance technical knowledge.
