J-K NETWORK RECRUITMENT SERVICES AND CONSULTANCY, INC. is seeking a Japanese Source-to-Contract Specialist to join a healthcare solutions leader in BGC, Taguig. This role offers a hybrid setup and a monthly salary range of Php 100,000 to Php 150,000.

You will manage sourcing events, negotiate prices and contracts for Japanese business operations, and ensure compliance with local and Japan standards. Strong Japanese and procurement experience are required.

Qualifications

• Business-level Japanese (speaking, reading, writing)
• JLPT N1–N3 passers welcome
• Bachelor's degree; accounting/finance background advantageous
• 2+ years in procurement, sourcing, or related roles
• Strong negotiation, contract drafting, and risk management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sourcing events, price and contract negotiations, and contract drafting/execution for Japanese operations.
• Engage with Japanese stakeholders and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery per SLAs.
• Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies in Japan.
• Collaborate across teams to design procurement strategies using market insights and risk analysis.
• Improve user experience and process efficiency across workflows.
• Support automation and AI initiatives to optimize procurement processes.
• Build trust-based relationships with internal and external partners.
• Mentor SCT specialists.
