Job summary

You will report to the Team Lead and collaborate with Customer Success to resolve issues, document processes, and support team goals. Night shifts and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or finance fields.
• Good numerical and analytical abilities.
• Able to work night shifts and extended hours.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
