Job summary

IQEQ is seeking a security professional to protect its networks, systems, and information assets. You will monitor, investigate, and respond to threats and incidents while collaborating with Red and Blue teams to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen defenses.

You will operate security technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, antivirus, and SOC tools; document incidents and support remediation. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and hands-on security experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with information security experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of penetration testing methodologies and security controls.
• Strong understanding of firewalls, SIEM, proxies, and IPS/IDS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor networks, systems, and applications to detect, investigate, and respond to security threats and incidents.
• Operate and maintain security technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, SOC tools to safeguard infrastructure.
• Document security incidents, assess impact, and support remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with Red and Blue Teams to perform security testing and strengthen security controls.
• Stay current on cybersecurity trends and recommend improvements.
