Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in event coordination or related roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple activities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Attention to detail and strong written/verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Review event requests for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue, travel, and accommodations.
• Serve as primary logistics contact and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Create and update event websites and participant communications.
• Develop budget estimates and identify cost-saving options.
• Manage supplier relationships, pricing, and contractual terms.
• Track registrations and coordinate participant changes; communicate with vendors.
