Job summary

Messaging Solutions Provider, Inc. (MSPI) in Makati is seeking a Project Manager to lead hardware and engineering projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of project management experience in engineering, automation, or material handling systems, and proficiency with AutoCAD and scheduling tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Trello.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in project management or engineering projects, automation systems, or material handling.
Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
Familiar with MS Project, Gantt charts, Jira, Trello or similar tools.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferably residing within NCR.

Responsibilities

Manage hardware, automation, and engineering-related projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Provide project status updates and recommendations to the President.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and project objectives.
