Job summary

Bolder Group is seeking a meticulous Fund Accountant to join our team in the Philippines. The role focuses on NAV calculations, fund accounting duties, and ensuring accurate pricing and compliance with fund prospectuses.

Hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence at Bolder Philippines, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. Ideal for candidates with 1+ year Fund Accounting experience and strong Excel skills, ready to contribute to our client-focused service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• At least 1 year of Fund Accounting experience.
• Understanding of financial statements, financial markets, and investment products.
• Advanced Excel skills: data analysis, pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Calculate daily net asset values (NAVs) for investment funds and ensure accurate pricing.
• Reconcile positions and cash with broker/custodian reports.
• Compute management and performance fees for funds.
• Prepare payment instructions and correspond with investment managers, shareholders, auditors, lawyers, and banks.
• Prepare expense accruals and audited financial statements; ensure fund complies with prospectus and internal controls.
• Review fund activity and valuations to ensure NAV and yield accuracy; reconcile books and records.
• Set up new funds or changes in fund structure (liquidations or side pockets).
• Be the main contact for investment managers and other stakeholders.
