Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to join our centralized FP&A team in the Manila hub. The role involves preparing periodic and management reports, analyzing data and supporting automation initiatives, with a hybrid work arrangement pending supervisor agreement.

You will work with Finance and Business teams to extract data, validate submissions, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining SLA metrics and thorough process documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of FP&A, reporting or accounting experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; BI tools a plus.
• Analytical mindset and finance process understanding.
• Team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of periodic reports for group purposes.
• Preparation of management reports.
• Extract data for Financial Reporting.
• Validate and control checks of submitted data.
• Support the local country team in preparation of analytical tasks and ad-hoc data.
• Participate in the implementation of new procedures.
• Work to identify opportunities for automation or standardization.
• Copy best practices from co-workers and share new methods identified.
• Performance of tasks against agreed Service Levels and Metrics.
• Maintenance of process documentation.
