Manulife Philippines is seeking motivated Financial Advisors for a hybrid, full-time/part-time role. You will help individuals and families set financial goals and craft plans focused on protection, savings, and long-term planning.

No sales experience required, with comprehensive training and mentorship provided. The position emphasizes client consultations, relationship building, and networking to grow a personal client base while maintaining a flexible schedule and opportunity for a long-term

Qualifications

4-year college graduate from any course.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
For undergraduates: at least 23 years old with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, coachable, and willing to learn.
Willing to undergo training and comply with applicable licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial consultations and needs analysis with clients.
Educate clients about financial planning and protection solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop your own client network through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
Assist clients in identifying financial solutions suited to their needs and goals.
Attend training, coaching sessions, and team activities.
Manage your own schedule and client appointments.
Continuously develop your financial knowledge and professional skills.
