Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, long-term strategies.
• Knowledge of Investments to explain options, assess risk, and support portfolio building.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism onsite and remotely.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics) or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management is an advantage; professional certifications are a plus.
• High ethical standards, strong attention to detail, and willingness to undergo continuous training and development.
