Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years in a managerial finance or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or Xero.
• Experience supervising finance or accounting staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, reporting, and controls.
• Manage and supervise the finance team, ensuring accurate processes and policy adherence.
• Maintain accurate records and timely recording of transactions in QuickBooks or Xero.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Support leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
