Job summary

iReply is hiring a Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and drive operational efficiency. The role collaborates with US stakeholders and internal leadership to align financial planning with strategic goals.

The position requires hands-on expertise with QuickBooks or Xero, strong leadership, and a focus on compliance and process improvements within a hybrid Bacolod work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of three years in a managerial finance or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or Xero.
• Experience supervising finance or accounting staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in BPO or RPO finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting and reporting.
• Manage and supervise the finance team to ensure accurate processes.
• Maintain records and record transactions in QuickBooks or Xero.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support leadership in budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Coordinate external audits and respond to audit inquiries.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting, and controls.
• Collaborate with internal departments and international stakeholders.
