Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification or training in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is an advantage.
• At least three years of experience in Risk Management in large orgs, insurers, financial institutions, or consulting.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of the ERM framework.
• Prepare and maintain ERM-related documentation.
• Administer the risk register and coordinate risk mitigation actions.
• Review processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with process and risk owners on risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain ERM policies and procedures.
• Deliver periodic ERM reports to stakeholders.
• Promote risk awareness and ERM culture across the organization.
