Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in Risk Management in large organizations, insurance, finance, or consulting.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing and enhancing the ERM framework.
• Maintain risk registers and coordinate risk mitigations.
• Promote ERM awareness and risk culture across the organization.
• Identify, document, and assess organizational risks.
• Prepare risk reports and ensure consistency between reports and registers.
• Monitor risk ratings and treatment progress.
• Support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
