This hybrid role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, business development, e-commerce strategy, marketplace operations, and social commerce, with a focus on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. The role starts with business development, client pitches, and proposal preparation, then expands to campaign execution, marketplace management, LIVE Selling, and performance

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing or BD.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada.
• Experience developing and implementing e-commerce or digital marketing strategies.
• Experience managing client relationships and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of ID8’s e-commerce services and market entry.
• Lead onboarding and optimization of brand stores on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop.
• Provide guidance on SKU management and major sale campaigns.
• Lead business development, client pitches and proposal prep.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within the agency ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal teams and platform partners.
