Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. in Makati seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant specializing in Sales & Customer Service to join our hybrid team. The role requires 8–11 years of experience with a strong track record in end-to-end D365 implementations.

You will lead requirements gathering, workshops, and fit-gap analyses, and oversee design, testing, and user training while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 functional consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with D365 Sales and Customer Service.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation projects.
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct process discovery workshops.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories and process flows.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend appropriate D365 solutions.
• Configure Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service based on business requirements.
• Prepare functional design documents, process maps, configuration documents and test scenarios.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and walkthroughs with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
• Support functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare training materials and conduct end-user / train-the-trainer sessions.
• Independently manage functional workstreams and stakeholder communication.
