Job summary

Satellite Office in Metro Manila is seeking a Microsoft D365 Principal Consultant to maximize the value of Dynamics 365 by delivering expert guidance, leadership, and technical implementation across regions.

You will lead end-to-end projects, configure and rollout D365 FO and POS, develop BI and analytics reports, train users, and drive continuous improvement aligned with corporate strategy and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Dynamics AX/D365 including POS implementations.
• 7+ years in online, retail, finance or supply chain domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Microsoft Certifications.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with D365 retail/SCM implementations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
• Configure, rollout, and deploy D365 FO changes.
• Upgrade systems and implement new modules/features.
• Develop BI reports and other analytics.
• Provide strategic consulting and thought leadership for D365 adoption.
• Train users and document functional specifications.
