Michael Page is partnering with a global health services client in Manila to recruit a Credentialing Compliance Analyst. The role supports US healthcare operations by reviewing contracts, managing provider data, and ensuring regulatory alignment in a hybrid work environment.

The successful candidate will manage credentialing and enrollment processes, coordinate with health plans, and deliver executive reports while collaborating across departments to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in US healthcare-related roles (managed care, payer relations, or revenue cycle).
• Familiarity with credentialing and provider data management.

Responsabilités

• Review and maintain managed care contracts to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for contract terms, payer policies, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Maintain contract repositories, fee schedules, and payer policy inventories.
• Analyze contract language and payer communications for business impact.
• Research and resolve payer-related issues, disputes, and reimbursement concerns.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for contract implementation and compliance monitoring.
• Prepare executive-level reports and analyses on managed care agreements and payer performance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency and accuracy.
