Job summary

Cynet Locums is seeking a Credentialing Specialist in the Philippines to manage provider credentialing processes, verify licenses, and coordinate onboarding with facilities. You will liaise with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure timely credentialing and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in credentialing or related roles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing, compliance, or related administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards (e.g., JCAHO, TJC, NCQA).
• Familiarity with credentialing systems and VMS platforms is a plus.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Credential management and documentation: ensure credentials are accurate and up to date, collect and maintain licenses and registrations.
• Verification & compliance: perform primary source verification and ensure regulatory compliance across locations.
• Medical & health requirements: schedule and track medical assessments, immunizations, and lab tests.
• Coordination & communication: liaise with providers, recruiters, and facilities; provide status updates.
