Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at The Studio Collective, you will play a key role in the conceptualization and creation of visual content for various marketing initiatives. Your work will span across static and motion graphics, supporting campaigns, presentations, social media, and website visuals. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, production, and project management teams to deliver high-quality assets that reflect our clients’ brands and our agency’s standard of excellence.

• Conceptualize and design marketing materials including graphics, presentations, pitch decks, ads, and promotional assets
• Develop both static and motion graphic content for social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns
• Work closely with the creative, production, and project management teams to ensure alignment across projects
• Design and produce original content for The Studio Collective’s own social media pages and website
• Translate brand strategy into visual storytelling across multiple formats and platforms
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency for clients and internal projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and solutions
• Adapt creative assets based on feedback and platform-specific requirements
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising or any related courses.
• At least (1) one year experience in Motion Effects, Animation, and Video Editing.
• Skilled in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere.
• Portfolio work related to graphic design, animation, and video production.
• Innovative and creative thinker.
