Job summary

ViVA COMMUNICATIONS INC. is seeking a skilled Accountant with a CPA and at least three years of relevant experience in general accounting, auditing, budgeting, and tax. The role requires strong English communication and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

The position is based in Ortigas Center, Pasig, with a hybrid work setup: Mondays work from home and Tue–Fri on-site, 9:00 am to 7:30 pm on a compressed workweek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA designation is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in general accounting, auditing, taxation, and budgeting.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Ability to prepare periodic management and statutory reports per PFRS and conduct financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day financial processes including General Ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare management reports for review by management.
• Facilitate external audits and coordinate with tax authorities.
• Perform annual budgeting tasks.
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet and income statement schedules.
• Communicate financial results and analyses clearly to stakeholders.
