You will handle general ledger, month-end close, tax filings, audits, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with PH regulations and company policies. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy required.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• 1–3 years of general accounting, financial reporting, or related experience.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine tax regulations (BIR) and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.
• Can work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage general ledger accounts and monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, adjusting entries, and financial statements.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations.
• Prepare and file tax reports and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
