MicroSourcing in Taguig City (BGC) is seeking a Corporate Accountant for a hybrid, dayshift role. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, manage full-cycle accounting, and ensure tax compliance across VAT, withholding, and income tax.

You will perform variance analysis and liaise with auditors and tax advisors. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, CPA license, 3–5 years of corporate accounting or financial reporting experience, and strong

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license mandatory.
• 3–5 years of corporate accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Experience in end-to-end accounting processes and month-end closing.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and local tax regulations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including Balance Sheets and Cash Flow.
• Manage full-cycle accounting: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations.
• Execute end-to-end tax compliance: VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets/forecasts for insights.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors for external audits.
