Job summary

Harbor is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our PH-based BOS team, supporting procurement lifecycle from intake to execution. The role acts as the liaison between requestors, legal, vendors, and procurement, with daily responsibilities across contract reviews and redlining.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of contract coordination experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid work from Makati and US Central

Qualifications

• 4+ years of contract coordination and review experience.
• Experience processing all contract types, including NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS, data privacy, and licensing agreements.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Tracks procurement lifecycle and maintains records.
• Triage intake requests and assign to appropriate resources.
• Support contract redlining and apply playbook standards where applicable.
• Highlight options and strategies to resolve negotiation roadblocks under US legal frameworks.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and procurement throughout the process.
• Facilitate negotiations and report progress to stakeholders.
