A financial services company in Makati is seeking a Compliance Testing & Monitoring Officer to assist in developing compliance programs. You will ensure timely and accurate reports to regulatory agencies and oversee compliance with laws and standards. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in compliance or auditing, preferably within the banking or finance sector. This hybrid role requires attendance at the HQ in Makati at least five times a month, with a working schedule from Monday to Friday and 44 hours per week.

Competenze

• At least two years of actual compliance or audit experience in banking/finance.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge in compliance laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing.
