Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Compliance Analyst in Makati to support the implementation and sustainment of the corporate compliance program within the Legal Compliance function. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, data-driven improvements, and training alignment across CBRE businesses.

The analyst will identify data integrity issues, assist with policy creation, and serve as a liaison across multiple CBRE units while upholding CBRE RISE values and ensuring timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic compliance system assessments to confirm compliance with regulations, practices, and policies.
• Use aggregate data to create a standard report of improvements and recommendations.
• Identify and troubleshoot data integration and integrity issues; escalate as needed.
• Assist the team with creating department policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Perform system assessments to confirm alignment with regulations and policies for initiatives, inspections, and training.
• Support the distribution of communication to raise awareness of topics critical to the organization.
• Retrieve information from databases to provide information for investigations.
• Act as liaison between investigations team and several businesses across the company.
• Communicate results and violations to management.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
