Job summary

CBRE Compliance Analyst role in the Philippines focuses on supporting the corporate compliance program across regulatory initiatives, inspections, training, and investigations. You will analyze data, prepare reports, and help maintain department policies while coordinating with various business units.

The position requires up to 3 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and a detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience analyzing information and making judgments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic compliance system assessments to confirm regulatory alignment.
• Generate standard reports from aggregate data with recommendations.
• Identify and troubleshoot data integration and integrity issues; escalate as needed.
• Assist in creating department policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Confirm alignment with regulations for initiatives, inspections, and training.
• Distribute communications to raise awareness on critical topics.
• Retrieve information from databases to support investigations.
• Serve as liaison between investigations and multiple businesses.
• Communicate results and violations to management.
• Model CBRE RISE values and lead by example.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
• Exchange information clearly and verify understanding.
