Job summary

Ivoclar Vivadent Services & Support, Inc. in Laguna/Santa Rosa area seeks a CMS Coordinator to shape seamless digital experiences. You will manage content, publish pages, ensure quality, and optimize for SEO across global and local markets.

Work closely with marketing, product, UX, and IT teams to maintain consistency and user-friendly online experiences. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and hands-on CMS experience, with HTML basics, SEO knowledge, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with web content or CMS administration experience.
• Hands-on experience managing and publishing website content and digital assets (images, videos, PDFs, landing pages, product content).
• Working knowledge of HTML fundamentals, SEO, web accessibility, and content optimization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written communication, proofreading, and attention to detail for content accuracy and consistency.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple content requests, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CMS administration or global/regional websites is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update website content, including product pages, landing pages, images, videos, and digital assets.
• Build and publish new web pages using approved templates and content.
• Perform quality assurance checks for content accuracy, functionality, responsiveness, and consistency.
• Apply basic SEO best practices (metadata, page titles, internal linking, image alt text).
• Coordinate content requests and publishing activities with marketing, product, and regional stakeholders.
• Maintain CMS structures, templates, digital assets, and reusable content components.
• Support CMS users with guidance, troubleshooting, and content governance best practices.
