Manulife seeks a Client Account Representative to join the Retirement Operations team in Cebu City. You will manage a block of clients, deliver trusted service, and build solid relationships with clients, brokers and plan participants.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B client servicing or support.
• Experience as a Customer Service Representative with focus on relationships.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access Databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral/written).
• Undergraduate studies or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full block of clients and deliver professional service.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and plan participants.
• Respond to questions, issues and problems to meet service standards.
• Provide accurate client administration and process financial transactions.
• Document client discussions and maintain records.
• Educate clients on product features and updates.
• Identify client issues and escalate when needed.
• Support continuous process improvements in the department.
