Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years actuarial experience in insurance or financial services.
• ASA/ASAs progression toward Fellowship or equivalent.
• Proven leadership of actuarial teams or large-scale initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of actuarial valuation modelling.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for actuarial valuation and modelling, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.
• Lead development, validation, and implementation of model enhancements, assumptions updates, and product initiatives.
• Review models and results for technical soundness and consistency.
