Job summary

TERADYNE, a global leader in innovation, seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst in the Philippines to manage high-volume invoices, multi-currency processing, and timely payments. The role requires strong ERP familiarity and excellent English communication across borders.

You will work in a flexible hybrid environment, supporting month-end closings, audits, and process improvements while coordinating with treasury and international suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics AX) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and colleagues across different countries and cultures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process high volumes of invoices, including those issued in multiple foreign currencies.
• Code and enter invoices into the accounting system, applying exchange rates and internal controls.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and respond to inquiries from international and domestic suppliers.
• Coordinate with Treasury or Finance teams regarding currency conversions, exchange rates, and payment scheduling.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Support audits by providing documentation and explanations related to Accounts Payable transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support AP activities during ERP implementations, including testing and data validation.
• Assist with Travel & Entertainment expense reimbursement reports, escalations and payments.
