Job summary

SolutionCX, LLC in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to manage QuickBooks Online, month-end close, payroll, and bank reconciliations. The role anchors financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, while coordinating with our CPA firm.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of accounting experience, an associates degree or higher, and strong Excel/ERP skills. This hybrid position offers flexible hours with two in-office days monthly.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher in accounting or business.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience.
• Experience using QuickBooks.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet monthly deadlines.
• Experience working in an ERP software environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage QuickBooks Online and transaction coding.
• Full monthly bookkeeping and month-end close.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process monthly bills, checks and electronic payments for approval.
• Payroll processing and payroll journal entries; benefits and 401(k).
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Oversight of operating, money market, CD, PAC and investment accounts reconciliation.
• Budgeting, forecasting and budget-to-actual reporting.
• Monthly financial statements and Board-ready reporting.
• Organize digital financial records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with outside CPA/tax firm.
• Maintain strong internal controls and identify discrepancies.
