Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a A2R DPS Analyst in Taguig City to support all financial processes within the GSF scope related to business transitions, divestitures and/or acquisitions projects. The role requires motivation, independence and the ability to meet critical deadlines.

The position emphasizes deployment planning, regional/global coordination, and leadership to ensure a smooth transition to new operating models while mitigating risks and aligning with the global design standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2 to 5 years of working experience in Finance.
• Deployment, solutions, organizational change experience desired.
• Familiar with General Finance Principles and Processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of specific finance projects with focus on the global services tier, including, supporting Operation teams as needed
• To complete the deployment plan, specific to the region or global process supported, for each GS / Finance Strategic Program that needs to be stood up in the region
• Accountable for a smooth transition to new operating model with minimal disruption to the operations
• Collaborator focus, adaptable to the needs of the business
• Accountable for issue and risk resolution & partner concern to management where required
• Handle interdependencies with other initiatives, local and global
• Ensure team members have the appropriate skills, supporting tools and technologies to enable them to deliver excellent customer service
• Provide leadership, mentor, training and guidance to team, so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard
• Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global design
• Optimally supervise multiple projects concurrently
