Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years proven working experience as HVAC Technician.
• Work experience as part of a project/on-site team member.
• 3–4 years of proven HVAC technician experience.
• On-site project/on-site team experience.

Responsibilities

• In charge in the installation and maintenance of all types of air conditioning equipment and ventilation equipment.
• Conduct ocular inspection based on client requirements.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Determine materials needed for installation.
• Conduct ocular inspections per client requirements.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform repairs and warranty service when needed.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
• Locate and fix leaks or system malfunctions.

Skills

Knowledge in Installation of Mini Split Units and Multi Split Systems

Knowledge in Motor Control, PLC and DDC Systems

With valid driver’s license

Duties and Responsibilities:

• In charge in the installation and maintenance of all types of air conditioning equipments and ventilation equipments
• Interpret blue prints and and other technical specifications
• Check compliance in accordance with the local building codes
• Responsible for determining required materials needed for installation
• Conduct ocular inspection based on client requirements
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements
• Locate and fix technical problems, such as leaks, air quality issues or system malfunctions.
• Any work-related tasks given by department head

Job Qualifications:

• College Graduate, High School or Vocational
• Preferably with valid DOMRAC NCII

Required Skills:

• Knowledge in Installation of Mini Split Units and Multi Split Systems
• Knowledge in Motor Control, PLC and DDC Systems
• With valid driver’s license
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting, climbing, kneeling and bending for extended periods
• Communication and customer service skills
