Job summary

You will assist customers in selecting suitable products, explain features and benefits, and help achieve sales targets.

The role requires strong communication, a presentable appearance, and willingness to work on weekends and shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or Senior High School graduate.
• Experience in sales, retail, or product promotion is an advantage.
• Experience in air conditioning, appliances, electronics, or related products preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• With complete government-mandated requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and air purification products
• Assist customers in identifying products that meet their needs
• Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and proper usage
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Maintain an organized and attractive product display
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with store personnel
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
• Represent the brand professionally at all times
• Prepare basic sales and activity reports when required
