Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational course completed.
• TESDA NC II DOMRAC certification required.
• 2–4 years' hands-on experience with commercial/industrial HVAC.
• Experience with split-type, window-type, and inverter AC maintenance and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine checks, cleans coils and filters, and lubricates parts to prevent sudden equipment breakdowns
• Diagnoses electrical and mechanical faults using multimeters, pressure gauges, and leak detectors, then fixes or replaces broken parts
• Sets up new window, split-type, VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow), or centralized cooling systems based on safety guidelines
• Monitors general utility systems like air compressors, cold storage units, and ventilation fans
