Job summary

CIIT College of Arts & Technology is seeking an experienced HVAC technician in the Philippines to maintain air-conditioning and related electrical systems. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience with various systems, including split-type, window-type, and VRF/VRV, and TESDA RAC Servicing NC II certification.

The technician will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and coordinate with facilities for repairs and safety compliance within shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course in HVAC or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in air-conditioning maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• TESDA RAC Servicing NC II is required; NC III preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, ventilation, and related electrical systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PMS), including cleaning of filters/coils and checking panels, controls and connections.
• Respond to HVAC service requests and FMS tickets promptly.
• Monitor system performance and take corrective actions as needed.
