Job summary

The role focuses on accuracy in ERP-driven records, stock counts, and coordination with procurement and logistics to meet project requirements. The successful candidate should have 3–5 years in warehouse operations, proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory control processes.
• Familiar with HVAC materials, tools, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving, storage, and issuance of HVAC materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the ERP system.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Prepare warehouse and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safekeeping of warehouse items.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams regarding material requirements.
