Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with preventive maintenance and safety standards.
• Reads and interprets technical diagrams and manuals.
• Physically fit and willing for on-site/field work.
• Team player and reliable.
• NC II (RAC Servicing) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of HVAC and chiller systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct repairs and replacement of defective components.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and service work.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
