Job summary

Indie Campers in Manila offers a 6-month internship in Talent Acquisition with a structured training program, mentored by experienced HR professionals. You will support end-to-end recruitment for European profiles, source candidates across channels, conduct interviews, and assist onboarding.

You’ll collaborate on People & Culture initiatives and contribute to ongoing HR projects within a growing international company.

Qualifications

• Students or recent graduates in HR, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, curious individuals comfortable interacting with candidates and teams.
