Job summary

SAP Mexico Next Gen is a global, paid graduate program for recent graduates that builds a foundation for a career in human resources. The internship places you beside the HRBP team to learn day-to-day tasks, processes, and reporting within a large multinational environment.

Location is CDMX, Mexico, with an expected start in October 2026 and a duration of 18 months. You will engage in real HR projects, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across Latin America.

Qualifications

• Undergrad in Business Administration, Psychology or HR Management or related area.
• Advanced English
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; proactive and results-driven
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn in a large corporate environment

Responsibilities

• Assist HRBP team with daily requests and HR processes.
• Create reports from multiple sources and perform data analysis.
• Support HR initiatives and projects and manage HR information.
• Update and maintain the Human Capital Management system.
• Provide HR information to other areas and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Latin America teams and colleagues.
