Job summary

Capgemini Mexico is seeking an experienced HR Test Lead / Xray Testing SME to drive end-to-end testing for HR technology initiatives. You will lead test planning, execution, and release readiness, acting as the Jira and Xray subject matter expert and ensuring robust traceability and reporting across programs.

The role requires 8+ years in software testing, hands-on Jira/Xray experience, and strong stakeholder collaboration within Agile delivery environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Test Management.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Jira and Xray as primary testing tools.
• Proven experience leading testing efforts for HR systems, HR transformations, or enterprise application implementations.

Your Role

As an HR Test Lead / Xray Testing SME at Capgemini, you will lead end-to-end testing activities for HR technology initiatives, ensuring high-quality releases through structured test management, requirements traceability, defect governance, and reporting excellence.
