Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking a senior QA leader to own the test strategy for Cards programs and govern testing across SIT, UAT, and Visa certification.

You will coordinate with banks, product teams, and vendors to plan and execute testing efforts, while managing defects, risks, and readiness for platform go-live and product launches. The role requires 8+ years in functional/automation testing within payments, strong stakeholder management, and deep understanding of Visa certification

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in functional/automation testing, quality assurance, or test management, preferably within the banking or payments industry.
• Proven experience in Cards systems implementations, card product launches, and payment platform migrations.
• Hands-on experience managing testing activities across SIT, UAT, and scheme certification testing (Visa and/or Mastercard).
• Strong understanding of Visa certification requirements, card issuing and acquiring processes, and payment transaction flows.
• Demonstrated ability to track testing progress, manage risks, and ensure readiness for platform go-live and product launches.
• Excellent project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Your Role

Your Profile

• At least 8 years of experience in functional/automation testing, quality assurance, or test management, preferably within the banking or payments industry.

• Hands‑on experience managing testing activities across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and scheme certification testing (Visa and/or Mastercard).
• Strong understanding of Visa certification requirements, card issuing and acquiring processes, and payment transaction flows.
• Demonstrated ability to track testing progress, manage risks, and ensure readiness for platform go-live and product launches.
• Excellent project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
