Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking an HR Technology Intern to improve HR operations through analytics, reporting, and service quality enhancements. You will help create dashboards and reports for Employee Experience and HRMS initiatives and ensure data accuracy.

As an intern, you will contribute to data-driven decision making, review and organize ticket data, and assist in maintaining reporting files and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field such as Data Science, CS, Statistics, Math, Engineering or IT.
• Interest in AI and automation with strong analytical skills.
• Foundational data analysis and statistics knowledge.
• Comfort with Python, SQL, spreadsheets or data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

About The Role

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related degree.
• Target Start Date: October 2026
• Can render a minimum of 300 hours.
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis and statistics.
• Experience with Python, SQL, spreadsheets, or data visualization tools.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and automation.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
