ConnectOS is seeking an experienced finance professional in Metro Manila to manage accounts payable and receivable processes for the Australian market. The role involves daily banking activities, invoicing, lease administration, and monthly reconciliations.

Ideal candidates will hold a degree in accounting/finance with at least 2 years in AP/AR, real estate exposure, and proficiency in Xero. WFH is available; office location in Mega Tower, EDSA, Manila, with competitive pay and benefits.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years experience in accounts payable and receivables in the Australian market.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is a must.

Responsabilités

• Receiving residential sales funds.
• Daily bank statement entry and reconciliation.
• Processing and releasing sale proceeds and settlement funds.
• Receipting and direct debit processing.
• Data entry of DEFT (BPAY) transactions.
• Daily banking close-off.
• End-of-month management account reconciliation.
• Creating invoices for VPA and tax invoices for sales commissions.
• Coding and entering receipts.
• Monthly adjustments and account checks.
• Entering tenant invoices (water usage and other charges).
• Preparing new lease agreements and coordinating lease signing.
