Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Shared Services leader to guide a team of professionals delivering exceptional customer service and to set clear goals with regular performance feedback.

The role focuses on process improvements, SOP creation, and collaboration with Delivery Managers to ensure HR services align with business needs while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Shared Services/Hr HelpDesk, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within HR Shared Services.
• Experience with HRIS systems and service delivery models.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Set clear goals and performance expectations, and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, identifying opportunities for development and growth.
• Identify areas for process efficiency and quality improvements within HR Shared Services, implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and other departments to align HR services with business needs.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of HR services, including inquiries, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, and compliance.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance and service delivery trends.
• Assist in creating SOPs to ensure knowledge alignment across staff levels.
