Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Shared Services HelpDesk with supervisory experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems and service delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of HR Shared Services professionals.
• Set clear goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Identify process improvements and standardize HR workflows.
• Oversee day-to-day HR services: inquiries, onboarding, payroll support, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and departments to align HR services with business needs.
• Prepare reports on team performance and service metrics.
