Job summary

The role centers on records management and supporting HR operations per policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Performs records management processes.
• Assist DMS in updating employee information as per the Google Survey.
• Inquire or seek updates on the latest news and announcements of SSS, PHIC, HDMF & DOLE.
• Assist in the preparation of APE 2022.
• Assist DMS & ELR in setting up a new Records Room.
• Performs other tasks assigned from time to time by the HRO Manager/ HCD Director.
